1. I understand completely. It's always a blow when your candidate
bows out. He fought the good fight and didn't stoop to mud-slinging.

4. My dear Parche...
Me too...

Why is it that the candidates with the most heart, and the best ideas, drop out?

First Kucinich, and now Edwards...

Why do the corporate candidates do so much better?

*sigh*

8. I think we won't know until JE speaks, Peggy.
I believe he must have a very, very good reason for dropping out at this point, and I'll wait to hear from my candidate exactly what his reasons are. It may very well be that his decision is based on the greater good. I've vowed to bash none of the candidates, so I won't say that I think the greater good might be. :)

20. because we have government Of the Corporation, By the Corporation, and For the Corporation.
sad but all too true.
They give us the illusion of the "democratic process", but it's all a sham.

34. I'm in despair
This plus other things have been adding up.

Eating a bullet is sounding more and more like a good solution. Pills are unreliable and hanging looks too painful. Nothing more quick and effective than a 45 calibar hole in my head.

35. As a die hard Edwards supporter who refuses to give up...
He said he was "suspending his campaign" not withdrawing. Also he's not endorsing anyone. Maybe he's not finished? That's my hope. And I'm continuing to support him. I've already contributed to his campaign and will again. I refuse to believe he's done.
