The blonde thing with them has always confused me because I've seen Stefani and Madonna as brunettes and thought both of them were actually more attractive that way. "Xtina" Aguilera had black hair for a while and it never looked quite right on her- maybe it was darker than her natural color really is or something- I don't know. She's probably the most talented vocally of the three of them, though.
