10. I started off the week not sleeping well

and ended it by working extra hours.... yeah, I guess I am tired. And it all messed w/y exercise which might be why my energy level is low.

It's probably just as well. I want to try to get up tomorrow as though it were a work day. I sleep best when I keep to a regular schedule.
