on edit: I'm from Chicago which has toll roads galore, especially the VERY expensive Chicago Skyway. SO PLEASE DON'T KILL ME

21. I am not from Delaware, but they were the FIRST state to ratify the Constitution, so
it seems to me they have some bragging rights and don't have to play second fiddle to any other state. Size is not everything. That's what she said anyway.

Most of the Tolls in DE don't have office buildings that close-by PLUS with 2 plates from what looks to be New York - I'm guessing these are NEW JERSEY TOLLS

23. It's the Black Rock Toll Barrier on the Niagara Section of the NYS Thruway.
You can see the bridge to the Bird Island Pier behind it in the top pic.
