Evil hairless talking cat

I know this cat who is evil and mostly hairless. And, weirdest of all, she speaks. So far I've heard her say "Down!" very distinctly.

Anyone else ever seen an evil hairless talking cat?

Well, I haven't.. but our houseguests tonight.. Wyvern says he knows a cat just like that. Except this cat is older and more sadistic.
