Hard water stains and Rush

Okay, my area has very hard water. I've got hard water residue on shower walls and even an off-white color by the drain. What's an easy way to remove this horrific residue?

Also, is Rush going to ingest all those pills if DU gets 1000 donations? :evilgrin: If so, I might just donate again! So far, there's 2 1/2 pills, and I feel Rush's pain. He's got to take the whole bottle, man! :D

2. There's this stuff we get here called CLR

It's the cat's ass, just peels off all that rust and hard water crap. I'm not sure it's sold in the States, though.

I know it's sold at K-Mart and other large chain stores here in the States(yes, I know, the evil conglomerates). We have really hard water too, and I haven't found anything else that works half as well - not even Lime-Away.

5. We have "Liquid Limestone" here.

I've tried everything BUT CLR. Nothing else works, not even "The WORKS".
Muriatic acid will work ("Swimminmg Pool Acid") but it's nasty shit to work with.

Have to get some of that CLR.....

bought it once, and regretted it when I tried it. Not worth the bottle it comes in!

6. Check your yellow pages

for a janitorial/custodial supply store. It's likely you'll only be able to buy a de-limer scale remover by the gallon, but it sounds as though you'll need it.

Get the industrial strength stuff if you can. CLR and Lime-away are weak. Why waste time?

Ask the guys/gals working at the store about what you're up against. Read the directions and pay heed to the warnings on the container.
