We have deceided on our weekend plans.

Every year during January and February there is a month long rock and mineral swapmeet at Quartzite AZ.
During the summer the population is less then 2,000 people. The mineral show will bring over a million people through the town for the worlds largest outdoor rockhound market. http://www.desertusa.com/Cities/az/quartzite.html

This year we don't really have any money to spend so I was thinking of winter camping at Yosemite. Alison really wants to head to Quartzite to look at mineral slabs and then head north to Kingman to shop for a little turquoise at Colbaugh's.:hug: http://colbaugh.net/faq.html. She has never been to Colbaughs and wants to see all that turquoise they have in their showroom. So it's off to Quartzite we go.
