Waaah, I can't find it on Kazaa!
I normally don't download videos as buying them offers higher quality, but I can't wait for the video release!

It turns out that the 2nd episode of the Doctor Who story "The Dalek Masterplan" has been recovered! :bounce:  Yippie! Had been given back to the BBC on January 15.

You think it'd have been leaked out by now; I used to have bootleg tapes of all the recovered episodes before they were released onto video...

Oh well, patience is a virtue.

Oh look, it's snowing out!

5. I can't use Kazaa Lite anymore on my PC.
My college's ISP will only allow a certain amount of bandwidth on my computer. If I exceed that amount by downloading songs off of Kazaa Lite, for example, those bastards punish me by slowing down my internet connection

7. Ouch!!
I can't fathom a way to get around that problem... unless you used a different service and used it sparingly... the bandwidth used would still be registered, but if the P2P program could give alternating header information... but I don't see a P2P provider becoming that devious. :-( Or a P2P provider that puts a bandwidth cap on itself so you can't go over it, but then there's that packet header issue that would ultimately give you away in the end...

So if you were to do online gaming (Quake 3, Unreal Tournament, et al) they'd see the bandwidth usage and they'd strangle your account as well? That's brutal.

I wonder if Quest will pull the same stunt once my DSL gets piped in on Friday... I'd be using it more for playing Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament online all night long so I can get cremated by players who are actually good, but you can bet your bippy I'd be downloading goodies too. Mostly Linux distros. My use of Kazaa K++ is surprisingly lite, but still, it's nice to have when I want to preview one song...

8. Please be careful DU'ers
The Justice Dept and the FBI are watching Kazaa and they will use it against you. There is serious prosecution of minorities over files they have downloaded - especially gay men. I am dead serious about this. Clear your Kazaa files and shut it off.

10. What do you mean by this?
Come on, You can't have a post like that without more info?

Details please. Maybe I'm dumb but I don't see the connection between minorities and gay men downloading files.
