Sorry, but a lot of 70 year olds I know are principled, and some 25 year olds are jerks. What's the deal? You defeated your point, as far as I'm concerned.

And a certain perspective. And a certain balding, loss of eyesight, crankiness and bladder problems. But, can't beat the first hand historical knowledge, that's for sure. And thank God, at least, for that.

The point I tryed to make is that the man sounded like an 8 year old cry baby. He lost his composure & dignity(?) as he responded to a legitimate national defense question about the propriety of the Iraq invasion.... I sincerly hope this response is PC enough for you.

You are the one who cited his age. Sorry. My point was legit; I agree with you on Rummy, but you accuse me of being "PC?" Your response was indeed enough until you chose to amplify it with that last comment. Your addition of it demonstrates a certain insincerity. Why not stick to your original point, with which I agree, and leave PC and age out of it?
