WhooHoo - Just got a job offer

Got the call a little while ago. They're FedExing the offer so I'll have it tomorrow.
Salary is not quite what I was making before but their average bonus is 15% and there will be stock options. They recently moved to a new office and set up a new datacenter and new VOIP Cisco phone system. They're going to divide the IT dept out into three sections and I'll be heading one of them up.
