Some girl "I'm not a model i just look like one!!!" (no, no you don't" and she's prancing around in daisy dukes and a cowboy hat, and then in the next montage getting let in to a club wearing one of Ivana Trumps cast offs. Is Nutra system trying not to generate sales?

1. Sadly, those ads will probably actually generate sales.
:(

3. I don't know why anyone would, really.
All you need to know is:

No bleached flour.

VERY little refined sugar.

Few potato dishes (sweet potatoes are OK)

Etc.

Complex carbs, natural sugars, small portions. That's it!

Now ask me do I follow that diet: HELL NO!

5. I don't go for that crap anyway, either.
I'm definitely motivated to drop some poundage, though, this year. I'm doing a program called the Fat Flush. It's not very pretty-sounding, but I've had great success with it in the past.

:hi: xo!

9. I hear ya on the "10 lbs" thing...that seems to be everyone's challenge
that's my deal, too....but it's creeped up to about 20. heh. How did it happen??

Too much heavy food and imbibing over the holidays. It's a new year and I'm signed up to ride in a century on March 8th, so I have that training goal for motivation.

Good luck to you, too!

7. "People who dance as if they have never touched themselves."
"Ike" - saxophonist from my band

This description (which I use often), captures perfectly NutraSiztem's new "Club Dancing Hottie" ad. Such sheer, awkward "dancing."

11. To everyone reading this thread - please, please -
Watch the salt (sodium) in those "eat and be full" meals.

Some of them contain up to 900 mg. of sodium. Sodium makes you crave starch.

Get the picture?

My husband had a major heart attack last August. We've watched every (almost) bite since then. The biggest difference in his weight loss/lower bad cholesterol/lower blood pressure etc? SALT!!

 to all those losing weight/trying to lose. It's not easy, but FAST? NO WAY! That is the worst thing you can do for your health.
