If my call really is important to them, how come they don't hire enough people
to handle customer service...

I mean really, I spent close to $1000 for my tax program and I can't get anyone on the phone...

Time to start shopping for alternatives next year...

I am on the phone with cable Co right now...on hold for over 15 minutes. fucking bill went up to $161 a month...won't do it. they can shove it... I will be disconnecting.

And $1000 is a lot of money, even for a professional program...
