Salt air...
I just stepped outside on a humid night
For an moment, I thought I smelled the sea
I didn't know I missed the salt air
But for an instant, I was on the beach

I was a kid, adolescent & adult at once
playing in the sand, dreaming seafaring dreams & sailing

I was tasting the spray while gazing at the vast, warm & orange
Sun-lit line where the ocean meets sky...
