There was a lot of peer pressure in my former coven to get tats--our elder started and then nearly everyone followed. So of course, me being me, I REFUSED to get one because I was seeing my sisters as a bunch of lemmings at that point.

I don't have anything against tats in and of themselves, mind. And I never say never to maybe getting one of my own someday. Who knows?

Nothing against them, if that's what someone wants to do, but I can't honestly think of anything that I need to have written on my skin for the rest of my life.

Came close to doing it once. Was going to get a matching tattoo with a girlfriend. Good thing I didn't, since we split up not long after that.

Nothing pierced either. Thought about it as a rebellious teen, but my mom and both my sisters had some nasty infections from pierced ears, so I didn't think it would be worth all that trouble PLUS the unholy wrath that would have come from my dad.
