1. just out of curiosity....

2. for starters
Edited on Thu Jan-10-08 08:26 AM by Rising Phoenix
they are powdered....

you add 4 oz of water and microwave, repeatedly taking out to stir.....rubber

I was sick so I was too lazy to use the stove but next time I definitely will and see if that makes them any better....

when cooked they looked, smelled and tasted like eggs....just a bad texture

nutritionally....they are packed with extra protein to fight hunger, no cholesterol, and they are smaller portions

5. Then they're not really eggs?
Or not the entire egg? What's different?

7. so better, nutritionally, than a real egg
Edited on Thu Jan-10-08 08:35 AM by MissMillie
but maybe about equivalent to egg beaters... which probably taste a lot better.

8. Egg beater scrambled eggs are good.
I add a dash of 1% milk and some Bragg Aminos and pepper. Yummy.

10. Huh . . .
two eggs scrambled with milk is only 170 calories with 14 grams of protein. Unless there are health issues, I always think the real thing is best. Just my humble opinion.

11. you are probably right
but I have a significant amount of weight to lose and this system is really helping.....when I get close to my goal I will of course start incorporating more "real" foods into the diet.....the plan calls for adding real fruits and vegetables and dairy to accompany their entrees

13. It's sounds like you're
taking the right approach. Sometimes it's good for the ego to get a "jump start"! Wishing you good luck and success.

12. There have been many complaints about Nutrisystem.
The complaints outnumber the defenses.

14. I have had no problems with Nurisystem
I'm losing weight, eating three meals a day ( a miracle for me) and no physical problems as a result of the food.....true it doesn't taste as good as "regular" food, but most of it is ok.....the sales people have been nothiing but nice....
