The love of a child
can tear your heart out at times.

When I took my son home to his mother tonight after spending the evening with me, sobbed hysterically.

I held him, told him i loved him, and that this was his home too, and that i talk to him every day and that Saturday we are going hiking and etc.

He was fine later when I talked to him on the phone.

A friend suggested that he might not want to show his feelings about this in front of his mother.

Suggested a counselor for him maybe.

I agree, a good idea.

As the night wears on, my ability to not cry for him is gone.

How the hell does anyone ever get through this shit?

:(
