1. Well, before I moved that would be .038 seconds.
Now... hasn't happened yet. Slight climate difference between central Florida and northern NY. :)

That was when I exercised. I haven't in a good long while though, so it might be different now.

3. Depends on the intensity.
Leg day? I'm sweating like crazy in 20 minutes. Cardio? 15 minutes on the machine will get me on my way to soaked.

4. For me it depends more on how hard I push myself.
If I'm not really pushing myself, I can not sweat at all... or I can do so and really wear myself out.

That's intensity. One can go through the motions and not even raise the ole pulse. You'll note that I didn't say a single dirty thing in response to your post. Yay me.

for me. I can go about 7-8 minutes if I go really hard. I can not sweat at all of I slow it down enough but then it's not really aerobic conditioning at that point.

that kind of exercise... (yeah, I got a one track mind lately) Depends. I usually exercise legitimately for 1 hour. After that I am done. I sweat minimally. Maybe I am lucky.

13. Cardio days: 5 minutes
Weight lifting: probably 10 - 15 minutes I do interval training for cardio so I start sweating pretty quickly. It makes me want to cough up a lung, but it works wonders on my metabolism.
