Nothing wrong with my puppy's hearing...
Not 10 minutes ago, he was sound asleep on our bed, apparently dead to the world in puppy slumberland. I was feeling a little hungry, so i went into the kitchen and grabbed a couple of biscotti to have with my tea. I sat back down here in the living room and tore open the wrapper on the first one and then.....THUMP.....RUNNING FEET ON STAIRS.... and.... BRODY!

Tell me they don't know what the sound of cellophane means---I dare ya! ;)

1. Paddy... you're gay.
Enjoying tea and biscotti, lazing in the living room on a Saturday afternoon? I'll bet you're reading a book and listening to a symphony. :7

Heeeeeeeeeeeere's Brody! LOL

2. No kidding!
Funny. Every time the words,"Ya wanna" comes out of our mouths for anything my Lab goes insane because he thinks we are saying, "Ya wanna go to the farm/for a swim/for a walk/ a chew bone?" We now have raised our kids and we now have to resort to spelling again because of the dogs.

Awwww, Brody. Give him a scratch for me (and a piece of biscotti).

5. We spell, too!
We spell 'go', because Grover LOVES car/truck rides, and assumes that's what's going to happen every time we use the word. :)

9. If our big orange tabby Tom dallies too long outside
during the summer months, we get the electric can opener out, open the sliding glass door and start the thing. Tom's usually in the house in under a minute (and of course we reward him with tuna or treats - positive reinforcement, you know!). Even worked before he was neutered - food before sex!
