2. At this point (because I have been out and about most of the day)

I will be boarding the Vicodin express. I should have taken some naproxen hours ago, to nip it in the bud, but I was out my little pill box was empty.

4. Try some Ortho-Nesic, it is a pain relieving gel, it works for my neighbor.

It has green tea in it, work on my ankle when it hurts.
