I'm more depressed than I've been in ages

• Step-son back with Freepers we've repeatedly had to sue to get access
  
• The truck blew its transmission and engine simultaneously on the way to the airport
  
• Craftygal's sick
  
• I'm broke
  
• the house is literally a disaster area (renovations in progress)
  
• I think the basement's leaking but I can't find where
  
• my vacation's over and I didn't get anything accomplished I wanted to
  
• daughter mad at me 'cause cell died 'cause bill wasn't paid and they're not open right now
  
• I can't get a lawyer to pay attention to me
  
• everybody's suing everybody (if and when we all get lawyers)

Make lists. Include the easy and simple things (they count, too) and cross them off as you go.

Clean clothes/good hygiene.

Healthy food.
