hoping 3's a charm for the knuckledragger next door

two years ago he put his house on the market with a realtor - took it off the market 3 months later... :p

this past spring he put it on the market again with a realtor - took it off the market in September... :p and then put up a FOR SALE BY OWNER sign

(dumb move - we don't get the "drive-by" traffic that would get the attention of anyone. If you are on our street either you live here or you are lost...)

crossing our fingers that 3's a charm - he's gone with another realtor, big sign on his property - FOR SALE!!! and he's dropped the price by about 30k

our phone was ringing off the hook last night as other neighbors around us also notice the new FOR SALE sign - hopefully this time it will sell. When it does there will be a "block party"
