Poker question
Tonight I had a little poker night with the boys (low stakes, nickel-dime-quarter action). Texas Hold-em.

I was down about $6 (started with $9) on what would be my last hand. I was dealt a pair of sevens. The flop was 7-6-8. I forget the next card. The river was a 6.

So I had a full house, and a pot that would bring me to just about even. I went all in ($2.50 or so). My friend had a straight, I had a Full House. My question is: who won? He agreed I had, others weren't sure, and I, of course, was on my own side.

That got me back to even (phew) and then I went home. So, was I right?

5. Yes, a Full House beats a straight
(and a flush)

But the bigger question is:

How can *I* get in on a game where this is a question?
