Unexpectedly kinda snowed in... ask me anything!

The forecast yesterday called for maybe an inch yesterday, and perhaps an inch more overnight before it stopped.

It's now at 8".

So, here i sit, pondering how i'm going to get to work to get my check today, or worse, how i'm going to get home from work at midnight (just started this new job, and can't just blow of the shift), because the revised forecast says that it's going to do this off and on until sometime tonight, and i have to depend on a friend for a ride, and he's not a good driver in the snow.

May have to wait until morning and take the bus home. *sigh*

I called off yesterday, because Oktoberain was feeling really crappy, and i thought i might have to take her to the doc. Making up a few hours would be a good thing.
