Would you be tombstoned? Would the ignore request be ignored?
Would you no longer get PMs from him? Would you no longer see Grovelbot?

exactly how it works now, but, afik, there's no way you can avoid getting a mod PM. Mod messages I think you still get even if they're on ignore. When a mod term ends, they'd be back on ignore.

A mod could chime in about this.
