The American Patriot. Page 11 (More right-wing hilarity)

Another installment in everyones favorite "weekley" right-wing comic... The American Patriot! I was worried that Jon Alarez had stopped producing this crap because it's been over two weeks since I've seen one. (Does that mean it's now bi-"weekley"?)



Panel 1: In todays episode The American Patriot meets his side kick Ali Haji Zahir. This guy qualifies as the most stereotypical cartoon character I have ever seen! We can assume that Ali must know Agent Walthers because their kids are on the same soccer team. (Note: Check out the "buffalo stance" pose that AP sports as he talks to Ali. Would you talk to someone with your hands on your hips like that?)

Panel 2: So they go hunting for Bin Ladin in the mountains. Note how the colored person is the one who has to carry the luggage.
Ali asks if AP if he plans to obey his oath and the law by arresting OBL... AP gives the snarky response: "Let's just say I'd prefer he resist arrest." Ohhhh... good line AP! I've never heard that before in every 2-bit-cop-movie ever made. :eyes:

Panel 3: AP uses his super-powers of observation to have a thought! He can sense a vehicle is comming... amazing! Ali's powers are even more amazing b/c he knows that that vehicle is filled with Taliban WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE TARGET! Wow...Agent Walthers sure picked the right guy to be the side-kick.
I still think it's hilarious that AP's big super-power is that he can observe his environment! To a conservative, that must be incredible.

ON EDIT: Note how Ali has plucked eyebrows and the bazooka is very strategically placed on AP's crotch.

Panel 4: Am I the only one who thinks Panel #4 is slightly homo-erotic? (Probably.)
In typical US Government form, the white guy targets the "bad guys" and the dark-skinned foreigner is the one who does the killing.

Panel 5: I count a minimum of three charred bodies here... possibly five. Were they really the enemy or civilians? Did they know where Osama is? Were there any children riding in that vehicle?
WHO CARES! WASN'T THAT EXPLOSION COOL???!!!! Hoo Waa!!! :D

I look forward to everybody's critique here on DU! Admit it: Y'all probably love this series more than I do.

And that's precisely why it's so @#$%ing funny.

When I first saw it, I thought it was a spoof. You can catch the whole series at www.pabaah.com. (You can't jump from DU to pabaah directly.)

Btw Ali looks really suspect .. you know being such a 'muslim' muslim, and plucked eyebrows.. he's gonna sell out patriot man.

Altough Patriot man must first get a sweeet oil massage from Ali.

9. WeeklEy series?

Now, that's funny. First time I've seen this gem.

Panel 1 - patriot man has no package, hmm - but does have pistol in holster.

Panel 2 - patriot man has mysteriously started toting a big gun -

which just as mysteriously disappears in panel 3. But, the insignia on his chest has gained a mustache? -

Panel 4 - can't quit laughing - looks like patriot man is looking through the binoculars blindfolded - And, not only is his big gun still missing, his holster has spun to his left side - ambidextrous patriot man...

Can't wait until next weeke to find out what happens next.

In Panel #2: Note how AP holds the gun is held over his empty crotch as he talks tough... is he over-compensating for something?

BTW: Good call on the eagle mustache! I didn't catch that!
