1. Do they have this stuff in Switzerland?

That will keep you up for sure. Probably until tomorrow morning. I don't go trucking without it.

6. It's advertised as an energy supplement and a fat burner
It's actually just got enough caffeine in it to kill a bull moose. I take the recommended dosage, which is 3 tablets, and about a half hour later I become unable to blink my eyes. I think it's something like drinking 4 cups of coffee in one gulp.

9. *Fat burner*
_That's_ why I've never heard of it. The brutal, 40° F. winter here forbids me to recognize the possibility of fat burning.

2. Hey - just be sure to give CMW a new year's kiss before
you fall asleep and it's all good.

BTW - the orange cookies were DIVINE and even Little MB liked them. Instead of dipping them half/half in chocolate, I just dipped the entire top of them in melted dark chocolate and put a piece of candied ginger for decoration.

4. You're a better hausfrau than I am.
I have all the stuff for orange cookies here, but I haven't yet made 'em this year.

CMW will wake me up for a gross sleepy-breathed kiss and sip of champagne, even if I do doze off. He's selfless like that.

Happy New Year, darlin'. :yourock:

10. in 2000 we all stayed up til 3 am
including the 4 year old.

We figured he would be mad at us when he grew up if we let him miss the beginning of the new millenium.

Of course he can't remember it, but it was really fun to see new year's activities all around the world on the tube.

Now we all tend to start yawning much, much earlier than that.

Happy New Year to you guys!

12. Y'all are LOTS younger than me.
And you don't have an obnoxious and spoiled persistent cat rousing you out of bed at 5 a.m., either. Do you? :spray:

Happy New Year, gf!

13. we used to - the kiddo is allergic to cats, so we haven't had one since
TC (our previous sweet old lady cat) died. I really miss having em around.

I don't know that we are that much younger.

You stay awake for me NOW, and I'll go upstairs NOW, with The Wiley and Excellent Boy Cat Named Ginger and my book of Haruki Murakami short stories. :zzzzzzzzzzzz:

15. Sounds like a deal to me!
Sleep well. You may not like this, though, but I am in CST. If you want, though, you can relocate me to the East Coast for tonight.

:hi:

We have a friend who's B-Day is tonight/well today, we otherwise don't even go *or* stay up for it. Think we'll be coming home early tonight in either event
