1. Put your feel in hot water and put a cold pack on your head. Will make
the blood go down.

Or you could take some morphine. :-)

3. Possiblilites:
1) Sinus: Throw decongestants at it.

2) If you're male, could be cluster headaches. In that case, try massive doses of caffiene.

3) If you're female, could be migraines. I can't offer any advice there.

4) If it does't fit any of the above, you could go to a doctor, but then the damn doctor will find something wrong with you that's horribly frightening and horriblly expensive to fix.

Bottom line: You're best off to just wait it out, and to throw everything you have in your medicine cabinet against it in the interim. You never know what will work.

4. Some female types get those @)!&$)@&$@ cluster headaches too.
x( Lucky me, got all the weird headaches my dad had that are usually reserved for the gents.

Did find walking outside would sometimes help if it was cool out.

I was nine before I found out all people didn't have blinding head pain most of the time.

8. Lose the sight in one of your eyes, did you? And had the urge to rip that eye
out of your head if it would just STOP?

I'm damn sorry to hear that you're one of the few distaff members of the Cluster Club.

5. Tylenol is terrible
for migraines. Advil works much better. Before I got a prescription for MaxAlt I would take Advil or Motrin, ice pack on the head in a dark room and not move at all.

I used to get cluster headaches years and years ago and I'm female. I guess I outgrew them since I haven't had a series for 30 years. Now I just get regular migraines.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

I get 'Cluster Migraines' about every 10 years
I can't describe the pain - as you probably can't

11. I've only had one, about 25 or so years ago, a=on a 4th of July.
It was awful! I had to lay down in a dark room, during the day, because light just about killed me. It felt like lightening and stabs to my brain, so I needed darkness. And sitting up also made it worse. I recall I had to have some crackers lying down before it passed, and I was nauseous as hell.

Then it left as quickly as it started and I was fine. But it just pissed me off because it prevented me from taking my son to a 4th of July carnival that day.

I've never had another one since then. Thank God, cuz it was miserable and extremely painful.
