I made it to Wisconsin!
The 3 1/2-hour drive up here wasn't too bad, but I DID get stuck on the sloping road to my parents' cabin. My mom and I had to shovel my car out, and then i had to help push it up the hill. Can't believe I'm finally here! :woohoo:

You can't really get into the Christmas/insert mid-winter celebration here spirit when it's 80 degrees and you're surrounded by palm trees.

(At the same time a spanish style hacienda looks pretty lame sticking out of a snow drift up nort dere, eh?)
