Reznor working on new NIN album in LA
MTV: TRENT REZNOR Working On New NIN Album In L.A. - Feb. 5, 2004

NINE INCH NAILS mastermind Trent Reznor is in Los Angeles writing songs for his next record, the follow-up to his 1999 double album, "The Fragile", according to MTV.com. Veteran producer Rick Rubin will likely work with Reznor on the record, which was previously rumored to be titled "Bleedthrough".

Other producers believed to be involved with the
project include Atticus Ross (12 ROUNDS, TAPEWORM), Jerome Dillon, Leo Herrera, and mix engineer Rich Costey. Among the songtitles set to appear on the CD are "The Line Begins To Blur", "Every Day Is Exactly The Same" and "My Dead Friend". No release date has been scheduled.

1. Reznor & Rubin - is it possible for them to fail?
Um, not together, no.

2. Here's a pic of Reznor that I came across recently.

It's from 1990. He looks like he's about 16 years old.

5. Should be good
I liked "The Fragile", but not as much as "The Downward Spiral", and the other ones.

Rubin and the other new producers should bring something new to the table.

6. cool
but all these great bands have been 'working' on new albums

nin, u2, rem, garbage, sonic youth, the cure, and a bunch of others have been holed away in the studio forever. it would be nice if one of them would finish something. all of these were originally due out this month.

music's going through a dry spell right now i'm an impatient bastard!

at least mary lou lord and david byrne have stuff soon

7. Hope it's better than The Fragile
*and people call Tool pretentious, geez!*

His remixes are always better than the oringals anyway.

I happen to be one of the few people who LOVE "Fragile".

Heavy sigh.
