Seriously, that looks "delish"--and adding wine looks interesting. I'm making an apple pie today too, but the wine is going in my gullet (AFTER the pie is in the oven, as I noted). Here's to pie!

Here is an actual pic! I made a very spicy type... I had FRESH nutmeg and cinnamon. This makes a huge difference and is very east to get in the UAE.
