8. Hm...voluntarily assuming the risk of skiing + child defendant = this suit's going nowhere.
Was the 7-year-old acting as a reasonable 7-year-old would in that situation (even if the behavior would be negligent in an adult)? That's a defense to an injury suit.

Plus, when you ski, you voluntarily accept the risk of skiing. Crashing into another skier is an obvious risk.

The Plaintiff is a whiny...well, you know...
