Has any one had "Connection Refused by Server" appear when accessing DU?

I couldn't get on to DU this a.m. from my Netscape 7.1 browser, had to used my old Netscape 4.7 and that worked fine. But what happened to my 7.1 and how do I get it to connect to DU? Why would I get that message and couldn't connect even going through History to use a cached copy of DU.

10. They are having trouble with one of their servers

Clear your cache. Your system may be trying to link to the specific server having trouble. I had a similar problem the other day. Had to eventually change my proxy server as the bad IP had been cached up there.
