My son woke up at 2AM. 4 months old. He has so much energy he's practically vibrating....zzzzz....so tired...

Sympathies to all parents of newly created human beings. I know it's tough with all the wakeup at night "I wanna be fed!!!!!!!!!!!" behavior.

praise God your son has breath and lungs to cry and be active and make demands.

2. Here's some ideas
Some kids sleep better when they've had a bath just before bedtime. Or some physical exercise. Or you could bore him with some purely mental exercise. Stimulation is generally followed by rest, so anything that requires his energies should help.
OTOH if he's hungry, not much you can do about it!
