People, the holiday cards aren't going out until after the holidays.

I just spent 45 minutes sitting in my dead car on a dark street, waiting for the boyfriend who dumped me (yes! again! it has no meaning!) to come and jumpstart my car. This is after yesterday evening when I drove the car into a snowbank while trying to pick up my son from the track meet (I'm night blind but thought I'd wing it). This evening I am going out though I look 145 years old, and I am going to dance like the freaking middle-aged, depressed, near-divorcee I am. And it's going to be fun. I swear it; it's going to be fucking fun. :woohoo:

And what are you all up to tonight? I have to go get dressed in fifteen minutes but wanted to bitch&moan for a few before putting in my eye drops. :eyes:

1. Well, that was sure funny.

I hate driving at night on country roads where on-coming trucks and SUVs insist on using their bright lights which blinds me to no end. I can't drive well at night and when co-workers want a little happy hour I can't go since even one drink affects my vision. Oh to have young eyes again!

19. I think headlights have gotten brighter.

It seems like everyone has their bights on but I don't think they do. I know my headlights in the newer car are much brighter than in any other car I have had.

And I do not understand those who use their brights when there is oncoming traffic or when they are behind someone.

then I'm going to come home, put on comfy clothes, and tend to my business of being sick...

I also need to finish putting hooks on ornaments so when SPK jr comes tomorrow he and i can actually put ornaments on the damned tree.

I am not very good at the relationship advice thing, but I dont think a repuke would make a very good companion.

Anyone that lives with fear, guilt, and violence, can not be loving and kind at the same time. I honestly think that to be a republican nowadays means you have to live knowing that you are living a lie... moreso if you are religious and believe the right wing, modern religious stupidity. No sane person can do that.

Spend some time on yourself and get yourself centered, thats what I think. Then find someone kind, loving, and gentle that will treat you like the wonderful, kind, intelligent, beautiful woman you are.
