Anyone been to Vegas lately? Got a crazy story?

I work as a 21 dealer in Vegas and I've pretty much seen it all. Maybe you can shock me with your story.

1. Well, I guess I will tell a little story..

I dealt to Ben Affleck when he was with J-Lo. She was a nasty bitch. He was sooooo nice. Seemed like a weird match. He went to give the cocktail waitrerss a yellow chip ($1000) for a tip and she snatched it back. Rude huh? She also pounded the table saying "Deal, Deal" Of all the celebrities I've dealt with, she is by far the nastiest.

I also had a guy who was playing with himself at the table. The player next to him told me. Security showed up and when he stood up, his pants were open. It was pretty disgusting. I had to laugh.

I've NEVER been to Vegas - can't stand the thought of loosing $$$. But I love to hear tales!

I'd probably love just going there to people watch. But it's probably not exactly what the casino owners want.

5. I once jumped an Elvis impersonator, stole his costume, left him tied up in my hotel room...

and then used the costume to get backstage at the Celine Dion show, where I hit her in the face with a pie.


OK, that's a total fabrication. But it's a lot more interesting than any stories I have, most of which I wouldn't dish out on a public Internet forum anyway. :P

7. I went in November.

All my stories involve twenty vegans getting drunk and tattooed. And getting sugar high on yummy vegan donuts. Oh, and going to a bear bar. :)

9. I was there for the 1st time last month; no story, but I have a question:

Who are those people passing out the titty-adverts on the sidewalks all up and down the strip? They seemed to be almost all 'newly-arrived' (ahem) people from south-of-the border areas, and they have this deer-in-the-headlights look on their faces.

13. they're illegal immigrants pressed into service for like $1/hr to hand out that crap

i don't know why the city can't stop them but there have been lawsuits and apparently they can't stop them for handing out porno on a public streets

seems like ins could put a stop to it fairly easily by picking up and deporting all the undocumenteds caught up in this but ins stays out of vegas because otherwise no hotel resort would have any housekeepers

when something is this bold you got to figure someone is getting paid off somewhere

10. Not lately,

but back in '01 for the AFL-CIO convention. My first time in LV. I'm one of those early risers who kicks the rooster in the ass to wake him up. I'm at the Paris, and during my early a.m. coffee and newspaper run I recall seeing two interesting folks playing the slots. One was a woman still in her wedding gown, the other was a woman gently rolling a baby stroller back and forth. Multitasking at its finest.

11. I stopped over on a flight elsewhere once

It only took feeling the oven heat coming through the seals of the jetway to make me decide that I had no interest in leaving the airport at all.
