4. I was talking to another DUer yesterday
about what I would do if I ever won that kind of money.

I'd buy a large apartment building, staff it, and turn it into a rent-free home for homeless people/families with medical problems. Everyone gets access to home care aides, social workers, and a lawyer if necessary.
