'twas from the same game. A three-headed monkey biting into a banana with one mouth, chewing with the second, and swallowing with the third. :P

It's a running gag in that game, every time someone needs a distraction one of the options is to say, "Look behind you, a three-headed monkey!"

And after the umpteenth time you do that, the three-headed monkey actually shows up. But nobody believes you and so you're the only one who sees it.

Possibly one of the best games of all time.

The sequels got progressively less good, but the first one was bloody brilliant.
