Frito's are pretty gross and greasy anyway. Yet Frito's are still consumed...even though the majority of the population knows they reek of doggie footsies. Why?

1. A friend won't let them in her house.
I'm also reminded of a skit on SNL (I think) where one character said to another "put your shoes back on! Your feet smell like Frito's Corn Chips!" I thought it was a riot.

2. Limburger cheese WISHES it smelled like dog's feet
yet IT is still consumed. :puke: Might not the Fritos/dog's feet connection come from the fact that much commercial dry dog food is made with cornmeal?

3. That's true, about the corn in dog food
I omit corn from my dog's diet, and her feet smell like (hold on, I'll go find out) -- like nothing. It's definitely a good thing to not feed corn to dogs

4. Don't doggies' feet smell like corn?
My bird smells of corn. Nothing to do with dogs, but hey. Animals smell of corn.

But they do smell like taco chips for some reason. Now feel the bottom of cat's feet. They feel like cotton balls. :) Animals are meant for our amusement. ;)

11. My Sammy often smells like fritos and she never eats them.
She loves carrots and cottage cheese and V-8 is her favorite along with coffee with french Vanilla creamer. She is a dog of many tastes. :silly:

6. Not that I go around smelling dog's feet on a regular basis
I don't like fritos unless there is some bean dip to go with it. Carly

The weird stuff I learn here! I did not know that Dog's feet smell like Fritos. Anyway Fritos are not my favorite. But a friend claims to enjoy them for breakfast instead of cereal.

20. Hmm. You're making me hungry.
Sixteen doggie feeties in my house, and you say they smell like Fritos? In my adulthood, I've come to appreciate Fritos, after having been grossed out in my youth by school buses that always reeked of Frito vomit.

We often comment on how our dog smells like Fritos. We thought it was just because she's part Chihuahua.
