Why I hate the Fray (MSN-Slate's message board)
This place makes Free Republic look liberal! Here I thought that maybe things would change somewhat, now that there's more info on just how bad * really is, and Fray posters would drop some of their fanaticism. Was I ever wrong! As the following post will show:

Subject: calling his bluff (and blowing the lid off)

When playing cards, good players will often bluff their way to winning large jackpots.

Saddam tried bluffing, and he lost.

Everyone thought he had the WMDs or the desire to get them. Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Chirac, etc... all in the past fully supported the bluff.

Only after a Republican takes office do the Democrats and other liberals shift gears and say the opposite of what they have stated in the past. This will all come to light during the Presidential election.

Was tying WMDs to the decision to invade Iraq by the Bush administration a mistake? Yes, but only because it left the administration vulnerable to Democratic spin when WMDs weren't found in the first year of the invasion.

When the Presidential election comes down to just Bush and the Democratic nominee, we will be told the truth. Bush's ads will quote those I mentioned above from past statements they made stating that Saddam was indeed thought to have WMDs. His ads will quote the Kay report stating that Saddam was actively engaged in rebuilding his arsenal and that he was not in compliance with over a dozen UN resolutions. His adds will quote Kerry himself stating that Iraq was a threat because of its WMDs.

It is the Dems who are intentionally misleading all into thinking they never thought Saddam was a WMD threat. The truth will come out and it will be us who decides who lied. (Kerry then "Saddam poses a threat to world peace and stability", Kerry now "I never supported ousting Saddam")

Who do we want for President. Someone who sticks to his ideals and will call a brutal dictators bluff, or someone who will TOTALLY REVERSE (LIE) HIS PREVIOUS POSITION to gain votes in an election.

Yeesh!
Besides the constant ads for the Bush Action Figure...
