1. I don't think they like him very much anymore.
Let's just hope that rising tide of collective disdain lasts until November.

2. Lots of them have always called him that. It's a term of endearment
like "Bobby" or "Mickey"..

When they talk about the war, they get all official and call him Mr. President..

It's all a phony little game they play.. I am not sure they even believe half the crap they say.. It's just a game they play..

All I would wish for them is that their main breadwinner loses his/her job, and a sick old grandma moves in with them..preferrably at the same time.. and oh yeh, junior's B is not good enough for a scholarship.. and then the medical insurance runs out.. and the car breaks down..

That's all..

It would not take long for them to see the light :)

3. I think it was Gephardt that said...
"If you want to live like a Republican, you have to vote Democrat" (referring to the prosperity of the Clinton administration).

4. Harry Truman said it first
during the 1948 campaign.

5. He lifted that from Harry Truman, though...
....who probably had some poor soul write it for him that no one will ever remember...:(

BUT...thank GOD for the guy who wrote it, because it could be right again..:)
