2. I work in telecom. There's tons of useless nonsense in here.
Shall I quote some old USOC codes and explain what they mean. :)

Anyone else here who knows what a USOC code is must also be a telecom geek, and has my deepest sympathy. :P

brain to contain.

Not to mention lots of other random geek-related stuff.

My mind is a suppository of useless knowledge.

17. Off of the top of my head...
I can remember exactly 4 telephone numbers.

My parent's number from when we lived in the previous house. Moved out in 1990.

My parent's current number.

My own phone number.

The number of the Subway I worked at from 1994-1998.

Oops, wait, one more. My ex-in-laws (may they meet Jesus, soon and via a flaming bus wreck) two phone numbers. Their old one ended in 3060, and when they got some harassing phone calls it was changed to 3016.

21. My brain is a well stocked rat's nest of useless info
A random sample:

The number of women pictured in the Bayeux Tapestry and that its name is a misnomer and why.

Only female griffins have wings

A group of turkeys is a rafter of turkeys

How to make a 'white collar' bed

The names of all John of Gaunt's surviving children

The order of service for a dinner a la russe

Conan Doyle called Dr Watson both James and John

How to stitch bullion knots

On the other, the fact that by the afternoon I can't always remember what I had for breakfast is somewhat unsettling.

27. Actually, goldfish don't get "pregnant"
They are egg layers. Technically "twit" can be used as a term for a goldfish full of eggs, but is archaic terminology.
