Question, How do you post pictures on DU?

tried just to drag it to posting and it and DU dumped

1. Here's how I do it

right click on the pic you want to send. Select Properties. Copy and paste the URL http//::etc into the message part of the post.

2. posting pics

image must be on the web somewhere, not your local PC

cursor over image
right mouse click
select "Properties"
new window opens
select and COPY the URL
past the URL into your message window and..........



you've got a pic! (note: there are some site that do not allow a link and you'll get the dreaded red X instead.

3. A how to:

Right click on the picture

Hit Copy

When the big gray box comes up COPY the URL address (in the middle of the box).You do this by holding down your left click button and running it over the address

Then hit OK at the bottom

ON DU right click in the MEssage box (this one) and hit paste.

sometimes those yahoo photo places are dicey.. we have a guy here who has a photo place that lots of DUers use.. I'll look for it :)
