I turned mine off and it loads fine now.

3. Within the last hour ...

for at least 20-30 minutes, I was not able to access the site at all. I was thinking that either some kind of routine maintenance was going on, or some kind of hack was happening.

4. It was slow the first time I tried to log on this morning
