I had a great visit with my mom this weekend!

:hi: :) It had been six months since we'd seen each other, and I drove down to see her yesterday. I spent the night and came back this morning. I took Mom and my brother out to dinner last night, and we all enjoyed ourselves. :bounce: :toast: The only figurative ass-showing was when we stopped at a grocery store for Mom on the way back from dinner. Bro was in a pissy mood, and we just sort of watched while he had his tantrum :P

Edit: Forgot to say that she showed me the renovations on her childhood home (she bought my uncle out of his share of the property a few months ago), and it's fantastic. :) She's overseeing it all, and it's been a major undertaking, but she'll have a showplace when it's done. :toast:
