If you died,
and got where you were going, and they took you to your place of employment, would you be in heaven 'cause you still had a job, or hell 'cause you still had to work?

Sorry, it's been one of those days.

5. Well, some people like their jobs.
Edited on Tue Feb-03-04 06:17 PM by ih8thegop
Of the 293 million people who live in America, I'm guessing 537 of them like their jobs.

435 Congressmen, 100 Senators, and our President and Vice President.

4. I'm reminded of a Robin Williams movie
can't remember the name of it, but he's in heaven and a guide says "there is work" and I remember being pleased.

Then again, my idea of a vacation is to switch obsessions.

6. That is one of my worst afterlife fears
Seriously so I guess hell. All our needs would be provided for in heaven. If I really wanted to work in heaven, I am sure that I'd have a better job.

8. Hard to say really, if you're dead and condemned to work
why not have some fun with it? Kill all your coworkers and see what happens, burn the place down, put arsenic in the coffee machine

9. Work for fulfillment and pleasure in heaven
I hope. Pursuing subjects and activities I haven't had time to or had been too afraid to try.

Working for fulfillment is infinitely better than working for survival.

half of the I/P Forum would erupt in pleasure! And I suspect it might not be confined to I/P.

Sorry that doesn't answer your question,but I'm unemployed :)
