Help needed-not for me, for Mom
She lost a turkey platter some years ago, and would love to
replace it. Here's all the info I have:

Franciscan Ware

Desert Rose Pattern

Turkey Platter.

My internet connection is a bit iffy tonight, so
please PM if you can help.

She's 78 and an FDR liberal, in Alabama, of all places!

6. Careful...
Replacements is notoriously overpriced.

Go eBay first...

I'm not having any problems. Why isn't your connection reliable?

Do you mean 'secure'? Dial up is more secure, imho. ;)

11. Just keeps going in and out
Old phone lines in an old house, I guess.

The house was built in 1910, wired for electricity in 1939,
and Southern Bell put in the phone line in 1953. Rural Alabama.

4. here ya go-
here are 2 links, both to china replacement services. Both links are specific to Franciscan 'Desert Rose'. I do find that Edish has a bit better prices than Replacements, Ltd. I have bought from and sold to each company, and both times both companies were very professional, and I felt the prices were fair. I did not see a 'Turkey Platter' in either listing, but there is a 19" Platter available at both sites- could this be what you are looking for?
