No turkey for us today.
We're searing bacon-wrapped buffalo filets then baking them, smothering them with spicy chile pasilla sauce. Served with a side of sweet potatoes and a spring salad. Dessert is orange flan.

6. Moses loves the Carne.....
my dog, Moses, seems not to like the big bird.......dammit my employer......so I have to cook some rib-eye for the dog......

at least he is always happy when I drive in the driveway.
