OK, it is only Nov 21 and already there are houses with all their Christmas stuff
up and lights and stuff. AUGGGGUH!!

I was shaking my fist and yelling "Right On' when I saw a house that had Orange lights or Autumn decorations still on the house. I still have my "fall colors" lights and a nice Autumn wreath up.

No Christmas decorations in this house until Advent.

1. I still have my Halloween lights up.
I don't want to think about taking down lights and then putting up some more.

2. I am glad to know this. It pleases me that I can use the same lights for
Halloween and Thanksgiving all the way through to the correct time to hang the Christmas lights.

I don't want to see Christmas trees in the house before Thanksgiving! I saw some houses all lit up for Christmas last week!

3. I need to get busy next week, working early voting for one week.
I have seen Christmas light salso, I think they were left up from last year.

My lights will just have to wait until early voting is over.

7. I've had a flourescent skeleton hanging on my
door since mid-October. Finally took it down today. Christmas decorations aren't even on my radar yet.

4. Oh, we started decorating the office on Friday.
It is as if a giant Christmas tree puked in our office. AND we started playing Christmas music Monday.

I want to shoot myself. :banghead:

6. A woman I know put a Christmas card in my
mailbox today. Spoke with her during the week and she already had her (fake) tree up and decorated. She goes all out with the decorations, and it seems like it gets earlier every year. I'm lucky if I get around to it the week before.

9. In the early 80's here in Denver
We had a terrible blizzard on Thanksgiving and no one could make it for dinner. Of course we were still snowed in on Friday and we were BORED!! So what did we do? We decorated the house for Christmas.
