Dream interpretation?
I dreamed that I was someplace and there were a whole bunch of kittens, and I chose a pretty little white with black kitten and put her in my bag. But at the end of it, someone wouldn't let me have her, and instead I got another one, a little orange one. I don't remember more beyond that, except that at some point, I was on a train and trying to escape from someone.

Kittens=kids? My cats ARE my kids in RL, but any more meaning? Escape? Yeah--I get that to some degree. I think we all need to escape from something in our lives. I have always been interested in recurring themes in dreams--supposedly themes continue with varying details because of an unconscious problem--when the problem is resolved, the recurrence stops--until the next problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

1. Nobody here knows anything about cats.
Maybe in GD.

3. Gotta love google...
To dream of kittens, denotes abominable small troubles and vexations will pursue and work you loss, unless you kill the kitten, and then you will overcome these worries.

I read it three times, and I still don't get it. Not only that, I'd be worried - really worried - about someone who dreamed about killing kittens. :-(

6. I agree
anyone hurting a kitten, even if in a dream, needs a lot of help. The thought is scary.

5. That is true
I am going to die. We all are--we have a terminal disease called "life."

:)

8. That's my answer for any question about dream interpretation.
:hi:
If my dreams meant anything, I'd be a raving lunatic. My dreams are always at best weird, at worst totally twisted and horifically disturbing.
For instance, I once dreamt I witnessed a couple of police officers beating an old man to death.
How's that for pleasant?
I also dreamt that the resurrected corpse of my beloved chocolate lab brutally slaughtered my family.

7. You love cats and maybe they offer you some sort of escape
from other things that may be nagging at you. That'll be 5 cents.
