King Kong going apeshit right now on TCM.
He'll be taking the big swan dive off the Empire State building in a few minutes.

The movie is 75 years old but I still find the stop motion FX preferable to some of the slick CGI stuff that's being used today.



And Fay Wray was a pretty hot tomato for her day!

2. I spent the afternoon watching a Thin Man movie
with a parishioner and his nursing home buddies. I gave 'em communion, then we watched a great old film. Nothing like a classic movie!

I get paid for doing this!!
